CINVANTI (aprepitant): An intravenous antiemetic, acting as a substance P/neurokinin-1 receptor antagonist, used to prevent acute and delayed nausea and vomiting induced by both highly and moderately emetogenic cancer chemotherapy. Its robust development pipeline includes: ZYNRELEF: A dual-acting local anesthetic, delivering a fixed-dose combination of bupivacaine and a low dose of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) meloxicam. HTX-019: An investigational therapeutic aimed at preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting.
